Responsibilities
- Understand and document customer business requirements.
- Design and build corresponding Pigment applications and multi-dimensional models.
- Train and co-build with customers so they become self-sufficient.
- Participate in or lead user acceptance testing and deployments.
- Integrate source software and migration solutions using connectors and APIs.
- Connect customer stakeholders with the product team to improve the planning platform.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve methodologies and processes.
Requirements
- Strong ability to build complex systems and explain them clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to structure and validate high volumes of unstructured data.
- Ability to learn new domains and adapt to diverse customer use cases.
- Strong relationship-building, empathy, and customer dedication.
- Strategic thinking and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Ability to manage multiple objectives with limited supervision.
- Fluent English; French or another European language is advantageous.
- An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
