Responsibilities
- Lead the visioning, technical architecture, development, and implementation of strategic cybersecurity solutions.
- Translate complex functional requirements into cybersecurity solutions for federal civilian and state and local clients.
- Oversee technical integration, solution delivery, implementation plans, and roadmaps.
- Interface with government clients, industry partners, and senior government stakeholders.
- Drive proposal efforts, client discussions, consensus-building, and expansion into adjacent business areas.
- Collaborate with project and proposal teams and build partnerships across technology and federal civilian sectors.
- Coach and mentor junior staff on functional expertise.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading teams across complex federal civilian IT environments as a senior solution architect and technology subject matter expert.
- 10+ years of experience designing, developing, configuring, and delivering COTS software for enterprise security solutions.
- 10+ years of experience interfacing directly with senior government stakeholders, including GS-15, CISO, CIO, and technical directors.
- 6+ years of experience managing technical integration and solution delivery for federal civilian and state and local clients.
- 4+ years of experience with IT security operations, information assurance assessment, and interoperability.
- Experience implementing cybersecurity solutions using emerging technology, automation and orchestration, AI, ML, quantum, and cloud.
- Experience applying federal civilian security policy in large, complex federal organizations.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred qualifications include TS/SCI clearance, a master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, and CISSP certification.
- Strong communication, time management, vision-setting, documentation, consensus-building, and mentoring skills.
