Base Salary
$140k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and scale the recruitment engine using network traversal, targeted advertising, referrals, automated outbound, and related methods.
- Build and extend the Terac API for research tooling and AI data companies.
- Ship the AI moderator voice agent for candidate screening, long-horizon task evaluation, cheating detection, and multilingual conversations.
- Build marketplace systems for opportunity routing, pricing optimization, expert LTV modeling, and feasibility estimation.
- Design expert onboarding, opportunity matching, payouts, and trust systems.
- Shape technical direction across the company’s full-stack and AI technology stack while working directly with the CTO.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack experience.
- Fluency with modern web stacks including TypeScript, React, and Postgres.
- Experience with LLMs, voice AI, or AI SDKs such as the Vercel AI SDK, Gemini, or LiveKit.
- Interest in marketplace dynamics including matching, routing, pricing, and network effects.
- Former founder or lead experience is welcomed.
