Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and broader teams.
- Lead implementation of software design and development best practices.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to support alignment and timely project delivery.
- Design and implement data security, privacy, quality, compliance, and lifecycle-management practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Data Governance.
- Proficiency in Data Governance and strong knowledge of data management principles and practices.
- Experience with data quality frameworks and compliance standards.
- Ability to design and implement data security and privacy policies.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies supporting data lifecycle management.
- Skill in analyzing and resolving data-related issues to maintain data integrity and accessibility.
- 15 years of full-time education.
