Responsibilities
- Design and build governed data pipelines and data products on a Lakehouse using medallion architecture.
- Productionize analytics and AI components, including RAG, agents, and model evaluation.
- Monitor analytics and AI components in production.
- Implement data quality controls, lineage, and observability.
- Work with data owners on access, quality remediation, and acceptance evidence.
- Contribute engineering options and estimates during solution framing.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of hands-on data engineering experience with solutions running in production.
- Strong Python and SQL skills with software-engineering discipline, including testing, code review, and CI/CD.
- Experience with cloud data platforms.
- Experience putting analytics or ML/AI use cases into production.
- Fluent English at C1 level.
- Preferred experience with Azure, ADLS Gen2, Key Vault, Databricks, Unity Catalog, dbt, dltHub, Azure AI Foundry/OpenAI, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Experience in an asset-heavy or industrial domain is preferred.
