Base Salary
$190k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical vision for your systems and ensure architectural integrity.
- Collaborate with the Technical Product Manager to define project requirements.
- Run technical reviews for funded projects and confirm alignment with standards.
- Set and maintain shared technical standards with other Engineering Leads.
- Write code and lead projects when necessary, addressing complex problems.
- Mentor engineers and coach Project Leads through technical decisions.
Requirements
- Deep experience in designing, building, and operating complex software systems.
- Ability to function as both an architect and an individual contributor.
- Demonstrated experience in reviewing technical work and making decisive recommendations.
- Proficiency in Python, Django, AWS, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with AI development tools and a commitment to staying current in the field.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts across teams.
