Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, production-grade, high-volume data processing applications.
- Develop applications that process billions of records with high performance and precision.
- Take responsibility for quality across development, testing, production support, and solution delivery.
- Analyze production incidents and design improvements that strengthen system stability and reliability.
- Work end to end in an agile Scrum team, including code reviews and technical knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with colleagues to build team capabilities in ABAP, AI-supported software development, and agentic engineering.
Requirements
- Strong software development and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience building and operating cloud-based business solutions.
- Solid understanding of cloud-based software development and CI/CD practices.
- Profound development skills in ABAP OO or another object-oriented programming language.
- Experience with AI-supported development.
- Ability to work independently and contribute as a goal-oriented team player.
- Good communication skills and excellent English or German language skills.
