Base Salary
$143k - $304k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical strategy for core Insider Risk engineering systems.
- Lead architecture and delivery of scalable, secure, privacy-conscious platforms for risk signals, detections, behavioral analytics, investigations, and case orchestration.
- Negotiate priorities, dependencies, technical tradeoffs, delivery plans, and platform integrations across partner teams.
- Translate complex and sensitive insider-risk scenarios into practical engineering solutions with Security, Legal, HR, Privacy, investigations, data science, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain discretion, confidentiality, privacy, compliance, reliability, security, and operational excellence in Insider Risk capabilities.
- Mentor and influence engineers across teams and raise standards for design quality, code quality, and responsible data use.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree and 8+ years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Previous cybersecurity and Insider Risk experience is preferred.
- Must pass Microsoft Cloud background checks and required customer or government security screenings.
- Must provide citizenship, permanent residency, or other protected-status documentation as required for export-control and government-customer access restrictions.
