Responsibilities
- Design, build, and refine reinforcement learning tasks.
- Own the full lifecycle of task creation from ideation to analysis.
- Implement grading infrastructure for coding challenges.
- Run frontier models against tasks and analyze their performance.
- Identify and evaluate gaps in AI model capabilities.
Requirements
- Graduating in 2026 or 2027.
- Proficient in Python programming.
- Ability to work independently.
- Motivated by complex technical problems requiring creativity.
- No prior machine learning or AI experience required.
