Base Salary

$150k - $158k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Stand up and manage cloud storage, application, and networking resources.
  • Manage SSL certificate requests and support Azure private networks, AWS resources, and SaaS/PaaS storage tools.
  • Support design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and remediation of solutions in a federal healthcare enterprise environment.
  • Draft and maintain technical design and Standard Operating Procedure documents and document work in the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Support ATO activities by preparing technical artifacts and maintaining technical controls and compliance documentation.
  • Recommend and implement mitigations or corrective actions for vulnerabilities and security concerns.
  • Collaborate with Server/Storage, Network, Service Desk, and Application Development operational service areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience with appropriate technical certifications.
  • At least 12 years of information technology experience, including at least 4 years leading or performing systems engineering or related functions.
  • Experience supporting, designing, configuring, implementing, or administering at least three listed security capabilities, including antivirus, privileged access management, SIEM, log collection and analysis, security monitoring, vulnerability remediation, Active Directory Group Policy, or disk encryption.
  • Experience managing private networks in Azure, with comprehensive RBAC and Entra ID knowledge.
  • Experience evaluating, procuring, implementing, and maintaining SaaS tools and processing engineering requests in ServiceNow.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, databases, and web application resources.
  • Experience managing Azure and AWS resources, SaaS/PaaS tiered storage tools, and Kubernetes, Docker, or other containerization tools.
  • Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune, Ivanti, PDQ, or Jamf.
  • Experience with Cisco ISE, Infoblox, and AWS archival storage.
  • Strong written and verbal technical communication, organization, time management, adaptability, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Preferred certifications include CISSP, CompTIA CASP+, or current/current-version-minus-one MCSE from a recognized certifying body.
