Responsibilities
- Architect cloud-native AI applications integrating LLMs, vector search, real-time data, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Design and implement end-to-end web solutions across frontend and backend systems.
- Build production RAG pipelines, model-serving systems, and AI agents, including multi-agent architectures.
- Develop and maintain Python backend services integrated with React or Angular frontends.
- Lead cross-functional full-stack, AI, and data teams and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure software quality through testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native engineering practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience designing distributed systems.
- Strong full-stack experience with React and FastAPI, plus expert-level Python skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, RAG architectures, and multi-agent architecture.
- Experience with Databricks, including Lakebase, MLflow, and Unity Catalog.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and relational databases.
- Strong Spanish and English language skills.
- Preferred experience with LangChain, AutoGen, Node.js full-stack development, and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
