Base Salary
$174k - $232k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding of critical new benchmarks to the Kaggle platform.
- Drive joint evaluations and benchmarking using systematic evaluations on partner-specific datasets.
- Deliver high-fidelity performance signals directly to modeling teams.
- Build feedback-loop tooling and collaborate with product engineering to aggregate and surface developer feedback patterns at scale.
- Author case studies, developer blogs, and reference implementations showcasing Gemini’s production capabilities.
- Serve as the technical bridge between strategic partners and model research teams, supporting integrations and model improvement feedback loops.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of software development experience, including coding in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Three years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- One year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience with machine learning systems or large language models.
- Experience in a customer-facing role managing client relationships or external stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience building public benchmarks and evaluations.
- Preferred: experience with developer tools, APIs, SDKs, or platform integration.
- Preferred: technical collaboration with external customers or partners, strong technical writing and communication, and experience producing documentation, tutorials, or engineering case studies.
