Responsibilities
- Define detailed requirements and integration specifications for upgrades to the myField solution.
- Collaborate with Field Operations process owners to keep the solution user-friendly and aligned with business needs.
- Support regional deployment managers and key users with technical requirements during implementation.
- Collect, analyze, and share feedback and lessons learned from projects and regions.
- Support communities of key users, deployment project managers, process experts, and digital solution owners.
- Update training specifications and maintain communication, reporting, and documentation tools.
- Support future digital tools development according to business needs.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in computer technology, process engineering, industrial, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
- Business software knowledge and basic knowledge of digital services and web applications.
- Basic experience in railway field operations, such as signalling or infrastructure installation and construction management.
- Experience developing and training users on tools.
- Ability to understand and use data analytics for decision-making.
- Ability to build cross-business networks, communicate effectively, and train groups and individuals on-site and remotely.
- Good English communication skills and a team-oriented willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of data management, analytics, machine learning, databases, and Power BI is desirable.
