Responsibilities
- Drive the profitable growth of Agoda’s Strategic Partnerships/Travel Distribution business.
- Manage end-to-end technical account management for Agoda’s largest B2B accounts.
- Take full ownership of connection performance, including new builds and upgrades.
- Extract and analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify business needs and influence feature design.
- Automate business processes to support operational efficiency.
- Identify and resolve technical issues impacting client connectivity.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to B2B clients, translating business needs into technical requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, engineering, or computer science field.
- 4-6+ years of experience in technical account management or solutions engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for business strategy.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mentality.
- Practical experience with API integrations and strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
