Base Salary

$190k - $300k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship features for the Command & Control system directing heterogeneous aircraft swarms.
  • Develop systems that maintain state and remain responsive when communications degrade or fail.
  • Work across interface and service layers to solve the most pressing technical problems.
  • Prototype representations and controls for vehicle telemetry, sensor data, and scheduling.
  • Own features end to end from problem definition through design, implementation, and deployment.
  • Deliver software with CI/CD, QA, and DevSecOps practices.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent self-taught depth.
  • Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, concurrency, networking, and systems.
  • Evidence of independently building technically challenging projects such as a renderer, emulator, game, compiler, multiplayer server, robotics project, or substantial open-source contribution.
  • Ability to write code across multiple layers of the stack.
  • Competitive programming experience such as ICPC, IOI, Codeforces, USACO, or Putnam is a differentiator.
  • Game development, simulation, performance-sensitive software, real-time or distributed systems, graphics, video streaming protocols, or geospatial application experience is valued.
  • Working fluency in Go, C++, or Rust is valued.
  • Applicants must satisfy the stated ITAR eligibility requirements.
