Responsibilities
- Design, implement, document, maintain, and support complex embedded software applications.
- Develop software for diagnosing and monitoring power-electronic converter systems connected through communication buses.
- Create functional, architecture, and design specifications.
- Collaborate with an international firmware team.
- Install software at customer sites using prototype units.
- Provide customer support and visit sites to manage relevant issues.
Requirements
- Proficiency in C/C++.
- Strong object-oriented software design and development capability.
- Experience with or ability to work with Qt and Qt libraries.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML.
- Basic knowledge of security aspects of embedded software products.
- Good coding skills in Python, JSON, and Bash scripting.
- Excellent knowledge of multithreaded and network programming.
- Professional experience programming for embedded or desktop Linux, including build, debugging, and scripting tools.
- Practical knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Good understanding of processes, memory management, file systems, and other operating-system concepts.
- Expertise with GNU Make and Makefiles.
- Basic knowledge of virtualization techniques and tools such as QEMU, VMware, VirtualBox, and Docker.
- Fluent English.
- At least three years of professional experience.
