Base Salary
$220k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work closely with strategic customers to understand high-value problems.
- Design and build full-stack applications and integrations with APIs.
- Rapidly prototype solutions and iterate based on user feedback.
- Own end-to-end technical execution from architecture to development.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap.
- Help define and scale the Forward Deployed Engineering function.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience as a full-stack or backend engineer.
- Customer-obsessed with a focus on solving real problems.
- Experience with AI Agents and API Platforms is a plus.
- Direct customer engagement or consultative role experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or similar backend languages.
- Experience with React/Next.js or similar frontend technologies.
- Experience building cloud-based applications (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, 0→1 environments.
