Base Salary
$135k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Learn new concepts and technologies quickly and apply them to challenging software problems.
- Design and build robust, extensible infrastructure that supports evolving federal, state, and agency regulations.
- Develop a deep understanding of the mortgage-servicing industry and its complex operational requirements.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to define effective customer experiences.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of software engineering experience building quality software applications at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with one or more of web application development, mobile application development, large-scale distributed systems, or infrastructure management.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to build scalable systems from scratch with a fast turnaround.
- Strong time-management skills for a fast-paced startup environment.
