Responsibilities
- Support, further develop, and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system across Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights.
- Analyze technical requirements from Business Product Owners and CRM specialists and implement sustainable solutions in coordination with the Solution Architect.
- Customize and enhance standard Dynamics 365 modules using TypeScript and C# development.
- Develop and maintain interfaces with other applications, including SAP and Reporting Services.
- Further develop integrative web front-end, backend, and database components.
- Handle and resolve support cases and proactively implement business-originated user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Many years of relevant professional experience in an agile project environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights, including C# plugin development and JavaScript/TypeScript Dynamics UI development.
- Proven experience customizing and configuring Dynamics 365, including ribbon, form, data model, and dashboard customizations.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Automate flows, Canvas Apps, and Custom Pages; PCF or custom component experience is optional.
- Very strong analytical skills, including SQL and Fetch.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
