Base Salary
$148k - $187k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle database tables, views, schemas, complex SQL, and PL/SQL procedures and packages.
- Develop, enhance, troubleshoot, and support Oracle BPEL and SOA Suite integration workflows on Oracle WebLogic.
- Build and maintain secure REST/JSON, SOAP/XML, web service, API, and system-to-system integration interfaces.
- Develop reusable server-side components and operational tooling using Python and Java.
- Support middleware and messaging integrations, including ActiveMQ and Microsoft Message Queue, and resolve production issues involving queues, databases, and service reliability.
- Support development, test, and production environments for mission-critical 24x7 operations across multiple justice partner agencies.
- Implement and maintain release pipelines, review and validate code, develop unit and integration tests, and perform post-deployment validation.
- Create integration specifications, workflow documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures while collaborating with developers, architects, project management, stakeholders, and partner agencies.
Requirements
- An associate degree in computer science or a closely related field, or equivalent qualifying coursework, is required; additional qualifying experience may substitute for the degree for up to two years.
- At least five years of experience in applications or software programming or development is required.
- Extensive enterprise application or systems integration experience is desirable, including Oracle 12c/19c, complex SQL, performance tuning, schema design, PL/SQL, BPEL, SOA Suite, and WebLogic.
- Experience with REST/JSON, SOAP/XML, middleware and messaging technologies, integration patterns, and high-availability production support is desirable.
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support is desirable.
- Experience with regulated or sensitive data environments and familiarity with CJIS requirements is highly desirable.
- Experience with scripting or automation, technical documentation, Agile/Scrum or ITIL-informed environments, and AI-assisted development tools is desirable.
