Responsibilities
- Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as Agentic AI.
- Take full responsibility for scaling the startup to €100M+ in revenue.
- Participate in a customized personal development program focused on goal, time, and energy management.
- Hire talent with support from a network of over 50,000 professionals.
- Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
- Prepare the startup for major fundraising and build a sales force or marketing engine.
Requirements
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
- Willing to take full responsibility for building and scaling an independent startup.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
