Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own solution direction, trade-offs, architecture, and measurable customer outcomes across several concurrent engagements.
- Orchestrate functional, technical, and data workstreams and serve as the architectural counterpart to customer and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in early customer and partner conversations, shape opportunities, and provide input to go-to-market teams.
- Translate field findings into Product input and contribute domain knowledge to improve Tessera's AI agents and platform.
- Own customer platform adoption, define and measure adoption targets, remove workarounds, and build customer-side advocates.
- Determine engagement staffing needs, challenge over- or under-staffing with evidence, and contribute to Center of Excellence capacity planning.
Requirements
- 12+ years of enterprise transformation experience with an SAP foundation across multiple process areas, including finance, supply chain, and order management.
- Demonstrated ownership of enterprise solutioning through sales cycles, including scope, approach, effort, risk, and successful delivery.
- Proven ability to orchestrate multiple delivery teams and engagements while maintaining control of functional, technical, and data workstreams.
- Senior client-facing presence with the ability to work with customer architects, business owners, and finance stakeholders and communicate difficult decisions effectively.
- Record of driving sustained customer adoption rather than only achieving go-live.
- Solid technical architecture knowledge covering integration patterns, data architecture, and SAP landscapes.
- Experience in distributed delivery models with structured daily overlap with US-based stakeholders and strong asynchronous communication.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: experience across multiple enterprise suites, SAP S/4HANA transition paths, AI/automation/RPA tooling, pre-sales and delivery, and SAP Activate across full-lifecycle programs.
- Preferred: Portuguese or Spanish; German is a plus.
