Responsibilities
- Advise customers on complex MongoDB issues and provide solutions.
- Resolve questions related to architecture, performance, recovery, and security.
- Mentor and ramp new team members.
- Contribute to internal projects, including software development for support tools.
- Collaborate with product management and development teams on customer needs.
Requirements
- Experience in systems engineering, including Linux performance and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience in storage engineering and managing complex production database systems.
- Basic coding/scripting ability in languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Desire to help customers and solve problems in real-time.
