Responsibilities
- Develop and roll out core trading infrastructure and high-performance software and hardware solutions.
- Connect institutional clients to exchanges across electronic trading channels.
- Support major exchange protocols and the industry-standard FIX protocol.
- Work on systems where low latency, stability, reliability, regulatory controls, and business impact are critical.
- Collaborate with MSET Product, Client Coverage, Risk Managers, and engineering teams.
- Build domain knowledge in colocation platforms, booking systems, equity trading workflows, and market regulation.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of low-latency Linux distributed environments.
- Solid C++ development skills.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python.
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking is a plus.
- Knowledge of the FIX protocol is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work proactively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and coordination skills.
