Responsibilities
- Manage customer engagements to ensure success through implementation and adoption of Fivetran.
- Deliver solution designs following industry best practices and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the Account team to execute product adoption strategies.
- Act as a primary liaison between customers, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Provide support to adjacent organizations like Marketing and Customer Support.
- Contribute to internal initiatives to enhance stakeholder experiences.
Requirements
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Proven ability to take ownership of customer success and projects.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and organized in customer interactions.
- Team player who values quality and collaboration.
- Comfortable in technical discussions and managing customer relationships.
