Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI-based solutions for complex business and engineering challenges.
- Create prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready AI applications.
- Develop and maintain Python-based software using engineering best practices.
- Support the deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement of AI systems.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and international teams to deliver projects.
- Produce technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to process improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or software engineering roles.
- Proven experience designing, prototyping, and delivering AI solutions.
- Strong Python development skills and solid software engineering fundamentals, including code quality, testing, and version control.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Strong communication, collaboration, autonomy, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
- Desirable qualifications include production AI deployment or support experience, exposure to MLOps, cloud platforms, or AI deployment pipelines, international team experience, and software deployment or operational support knowledge.
