Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize technical solutions for users in the China region.
- Continuously improve service performance and stability.
- Participate in research and discussions for gaming payment products.
- Drive product implementation and promotion.
- Provide customized integrations, localized product enhancements, and technical support for major regional partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of backend development experience.
- Proficiency in Go or PHP and familiarity with relevant mainstream development frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, design patterns, and computer science fundamentals.
- Experience designing and developing large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of message queues, Elasticsearch, Redis, and MySQL, including their principles and optimization.
- Game industry experience is required.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: experience with cross-border or cross-cultural projects, particularly involving Chinese partners or the China market.
- Preferred: familiarity with the Chinese gaming ecosystem, local payment channels, regulatory requirements, and player behavior.
- Preferred: experience with AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Preferred: knowledge of gaming payment systems, virtual currency, and in-app purchase workflows.
- Preferred: bilingual English and Chinese proficiency.
