Responsibilities

Design test plans covering front-end, back-end, mobile, API, workflow integration, and E2E scenarios.
Conduct multi-domain testing including restaurant onboarding, promotions, and inventory.
Perform advanced E2E validation simulating real customer journeys.
Develop, maintain, and scale automation frameworks using tools like Selenium and Appium.
Integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines to support high-velocity releases.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to refine requirements and identify risks.
Identify defects, root causes, and quality gaps; collaborate with engineers for timely fixes.
Analyze logs, metrics, and dashboards to support troubleshooting and quality improvements.
Conduct globalization readiness checks for multi-country rollouts.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
QA working experience of 2+ years with exposure to e-commerce or large-scale transactional systems.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and scripting (Java/Python preferred).
Strong knowledge of Agile testing practices, API validation, and multi-domain workflows.
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work across global teams.
Experience with AI-based testing tools or agents is a plus.
