Responsibilities
- Advise clients, manage ongoing communications, and translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements.
- Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions involving data models, integrations, business process automation, and custom functionality.
- Configure and develop campaigns, workflows, customer journeys, email templates, landing pages, and Marketing Cloud components.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud and other systems for data synchronization.
- Develop and manage SMS/MMS campaigns through Mobile Connect and push notification campaigns through MobilePush.
- Support solutions from design through testing, deployment, live application support, documentation, handoff, and knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to practice development, thought leadership, events, training, and ongoing technical learning.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience, including email campaigns and Marketing Application maintenance.
- Experience with Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Cloud Pages, and related Marketing Cloud tools.
- Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with CRM systems such as Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience developing HTML email templates, SFMC templates and components, landing pages, scripting, and API integrations using SOAP methods.
- Strong skills in AmpScript, HTML/CSS, SSJS, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience configuring Mobile Connect for SMS/MMS campaigns, opt-in and opt-out management, and regulatory compliance such as TCPA.
- Experience developing and managing MobilePush push notification campaigns.
- Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, and Marketing Cloud Developer certifications are desired.
- Additional cross-cloud certifications or badges are desirable.
- Ability to work with clients, manage changing priorities, communicate technical concepts, and deliver solutions within scope, budget, and schedule.
