Responsibilities
- Scale the mobile app architecture to support growing user demand.
- Accelerate the app release cadence by improving the release process.
- Build reusable patterns, tooling, and documentation for mobile app contributions.
- Support debugging and feature delivery for teams across Mollie.
- Own and evolve the Mollie UI design system for consistency and quality.
- Rebuild and improve the mobile navigation architecture.
- Enhance app accessibility in line with compliance standards.
- Strengthen testing practices and automation for reliability.
- Own the Upsell infrastructure and in-app messaging for engagement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in mobile and web application development.
- Solid hands-on experience with React and/or React Native.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and app release processes.
- Comfort with native browser APIs and CSS for interface implementation.
- Track record of maintaining products at medium to large scale.
- Product-first mindset with end-to-end ownership focus.
- Strong communication skills and a generalist mindset.
