Responsibilities
- Design, create, and maintain robust, efficient, and reliable backend services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to architect and implement new services from inception to delivery.
- Develop new features and capabilities that provide substantial customer value.
- Coordinate with engineering and product teams to deliver solutions.
- Create and maintain user-facing technical documentation.
- Contribute to the engineering culture and maintain high engineering standards.
- Help refine internal tooling and processes and contribute to product and technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer specializing in web backend development.
- Proficiency in Golang is a significant advantage.
- Additional experience in data engineering is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success delivering high-quality production services and systems.
- Customer-centric approach with empathy toward users.
- Relevant banking or fintech industry experience and fraud prevention or compliance domain knowledge are desirable.
- Professional English proficiency for casual conversations through formal reports.
- Must reside in one of the specified cities in Brazil.
