Base Salary
$139k - $159k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead ECM development, integration, deployment, security, and operations activities with independent judgment.
- Integrate Doxis, FileNet, OpenText, and Documentum with cloud provider and on-premises infrastructure systems.
- Design and build SOAP, REST, GraphQL, messaging, and cloud-native integrations between ECM platforms and enterprise applications.
- Develop cloud-native ECM components on AWS using Lambda, API Gateway, and managed data services such as RDS for PostgreSQL.
- Maintain security, availability, performance, scalability, monitoring, and continuous improvement for ECM workflows, content services, and deployments.
- Design and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, deployment, and release orchestration.
- Author and maintain Terraform Infrastructure as Code for cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Manage the full development, testing, production, and release lifecycle for business-critical document and records management applications.
- Research and prototype technical approaches, present trade-offs to leadership, and clarify ambiguous requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members and share industry best practices.
- Develop data migration implementation plans for importing and exporting content between ECM platforms and environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer information management, or a high school diploma with at least four years of Information Technology work experience in addition to ECM experience.
- Typically ten years of experience as a SharePoint Developer.
- Typically ten years of experience as an ECM Developer.
- Experience developing enterprise ECM solutions on Doxis, FileNet, OpenText, Documentum, or similar platforms, including content services, workflow or case management, records management, and custom application development.
- Experience designing custom background handlers for migrations with event- or queue-driven processing, error handling, retry logic, and large-scale content and metadata processing.
- Experience with Java development for enterprise ECM applications, customization, and platform extension.
- Experience with Python for automation, scripting, integration, and data processing supporting ECM and DevOps operations.
- Experience designing secure and reliable integrations using SOAP/web services, WSDL, XML, REST APIs, JSON, GraphQL, messaging, event-driven patterns, and batch patterns.
- Experience developing and deploying scalable workloads with AWS Lambda and Amazon API Gateway.
- Experience with Amazon EKS or Kubernetes is preferred.
- Experience with Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL or an equivalent managed PostgreSQL service.
- Experience developing GitLab CI/CD pipelines and using Terraform for repeatable, version-controlled infrastructure management.
- Experience creating data migration plans for on-premises and cloud ECM environments.
