Responsibilities
- Drive strategic solution architecture for complex technology programs across Fidelity Charitable’s digital ecosystem.
- Provide technical vision and leadership for critical capabilities and multi-year programs.
- Develop security architecture solutions addressing emerging threats, application security, fraud protection, and cloud security.
- Influence product roadmaps and drive adoption of enterprise security standards and methodologies.
- Create architecture blueprints, frameworks, migration plans, proofs of concept, and other technical documentation.
- Define and maintain technical strategy and coordinated roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Guide application and platform design across identity, access control, cryptography, network security, and integration layers.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of application security frameworks, secure application development, and application security risk mitigation.
- Experience designing SOA, microservices, event-driven, and serverless architectures.
- Experience architecting identity management solutions, including single sign-on, federated identity, authorization, and identity provisioning.
- Knowledge of IAM, cryptography and key management, access controls, security protocols, secrets management, MFA, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
- Experience with firewalls, WAFs, edge services, DMZs, and other network architectures.
- Experience addressing cloud security challenges, particularly in AWS environments.
- Experience developing applications with Java and Spring and implementing API, streaming, messaging, and file-exchange integrations.
- Solid software engineering and continuous delivery experience, with the ability to translate concepts into working implementations and migration plans.
- Ability to define strategies, influence technology partners, communicate clearly, and collaborate across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISA, CCSP, AWS Security Principles, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
