Responsibilities
- Architect Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions for collaboration, workflow automation, knowledge sharing, and scalable service delivery.
- Administer Power Platform environments, tenant settings, licensing, governance, DLP policies, connector controls, and platform health.
- Develop and deploy enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, including reusable components.
- Lead Power Platform security and align solutions with Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and data governance requirements.
- Support Microsoft Purview capabilities for information protection, retention, auditing, and data governance.
- Assess Dataverse performance, usage, capacity, data models, and solution reliability and recommend improvements.
- Provide technical guidance for complex Microsoft 365 incidents and user-facing platform issues.
- Support OneDrive, backup, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 architecture and administration.
- Lead or support proofs of concept and pilots, documenting technical findings and scalable implementation recommendations.
- Develop PowerShell scripting and automation approaches for administration, deployments, and Microsoft 365 operations.
- Maintain architecture documentation, schedules, risks, mitigations, deliverables, and stakeholder status reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 in a large corporate or government environment.
- Active Microsoft certification such as Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102) or Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300).
- Expert-level experience administering Power Platform, including environments, tenant settings, DLP policies, licensing, governance, and operations.
- Expert-level experience developing enterprise solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Strong experience with Power Platform security, access controls, Dataverse security, connector governance, and secure deployments.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, information protection, retention, auditing, Conditional Access, Entra ID governance, data classification, and eDiscovery.
- Technical foundation in .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation, deployment support, administrative standardization, and platform operations.
- Advanced knowledge of Exchange Online, Intune, Azure AD, and the Azure ecosystem.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 permissions, retention, compliance settings, SharePoint administration, and AvePoint Online Services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, pass a federal background investigation, obtain a Public Trust, and provide acceptable identification for customer badging and site access.
