Responsibilities
- Build engaging product experiences across notifications, email, and inbox for millions of users.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners in Product, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Design.
- Mentor and coach other engineers to enhance team performance.
- Contribute to product and technical strategy as a thought leader.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading projects.
- Experience with backend technologies like Golang and Python, and frontend technologies like TypeScript.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing robust APIs using GraphQL and gRPC.
- Demonstrated ability to improve code quality and system resiliency.
- Strong collaboration skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
