Base Salary
$94k - $94k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based automation solutions.
- Build tools, scripts, APIs, integrations, and workflows that automate operational and software delivery activities.
- Assist with AI-enabled workflows involving large language models, prompt engineering, and agentic automation.
- Analyze operational data and support dashboards, reporting solutions, and performance metrics.
- Support software upgrades and deployments across customer networks and assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, create technical documentation, and collaborate with engineering, support, and customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related STEM field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience, with internships, co-ops, academic projects, and personal projects qualifying.
- Foundational knowledge of software development principles and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with Python through coursework, internships, research, or independent projects.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred experience includes Java, JavaScript, REST APIs, Git, Ansible, GitHub Actions, SQL, data visualization, large language models, machine learning, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, GCP, LTE/5G, or network management.
