Responsibilities
- Build and ship features that solve real problems for users.
- Work alongside experienced engineers in small teams.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Contribute to the full development cycle from idea through production deployment.
- Ask questions and understand how technical decisions affect the business.
Requirements
- Have a strong foundation in programming fundamentals, including basic data structures and algorithms, through coursework or self-study.
- Understand web application concepts such as client-server architecture, databases, and APIs.
- Have some experience with a programming language; backend development uses Go.
- Have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and exposure to a modern framework.
- Be currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or have equivalent self-taught knowledge.
- Have English proficiency for team communication.
- Preferably have built something used by other people and be comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
