Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable conversational AI applications.
- Define requirements and deliver critical customer journeys with Product and Customer Service Managers.
- Create wireframes and prototypes based on customer needs.
- Develop conversational architecture from ideation through implementation, including authentication and API-based system integrations.
- Collaborate with the chatbot development team on the Customer Service vision and roadmap.
- Oversee solution delivery through hyper care and post-launch production support.
- Support UAT teams with functional and automated testing.
- Coordinate with international stakeholders to obtain approval and sign-off for conversational solutions.
- Identify and resolve bugs and faults using available systems and tools.
- Stay current with changes and enhancements to relevant software and tools.
Requirements
- Experience working with bots or natural language technologies such as Ada, Salesforce Einstein, IBM Watson, Microsoft LUIS, or Amazon Lex; User Experience or Editorial backgrounds are also considered.
- Experience using analytics to test, review, and iteratively improve NLP models.
- Experience developing, debugging, and deploying conversational AI virtual agents.
- Customer-first mindset and ability to understand how customers interact with products.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Adaptability, flexibility, proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex issues for different audiences.
