Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable conversational AI applications.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Service Managers to define requirements.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes based on customer needs.
- Create conversational architecture from ideation to implementation.
- Oversee solution delivery and ensure effective operation post-launch.
- Support UAT teams with functional and automated testing.
- Liaise with international stakeholders for approval/sign off.
- Identify and resolve bugs/faults in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with software and tool enhancements.
Requirements
- Experience with bots or natural language processing tools.
- Customer-first mindset focused on user interaction.
- Ability to leverage analytics for improving NLP models.
- Experience in developing and deploying Conversational AI.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proactive approach to product and personal improvement.
- Strong attention to detail in development and testing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
