Responsibilities
- Write, maintain, debug, and optimize automated tests and test frameworks for website projects.
- Define testing scope, automation strategy, test plans, and appropriate test cases for assigned projects.
- Configure test environments, execute regression testing, and monitor defect management activities.
- Report testing measurements, metrics, project progress, issues, and recommendations to the QA Lead and Testing Team.
- Collaborate with developers, manual QA engineers, clients, project teams, and product marketing managers to resolve issues and improve automation workflows.
- Ensure project deliverables are high-quality, traceable, compliant with market and brand requirements, and delivered within allocated timeframes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of professional QA experience in web-focused software environments.
- Extensive experience writing and maintaining automated tests using Cypress.io or an equivalent, including debugging complex issues and optimizing test performance.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, STLC, SDLC, Agile delivery, and Scrum.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools to generate or optimize test cases, test scripts, or test data.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Java, C#, or Python, plus basic SQL knowledge.
- Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, and modern web technologies.
- Familiarity with test management, defect-tracking, ticketing, and workflow tools such as Jira.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems, preferably Drupal 9, is a plus.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency and strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, adaptability, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a corporate, multicultural environment and meet deliverable requirements, service level agreements, and specific targets.
