Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and operate the CI/CD pipeline for platform, sprint, and maintenance releases.
- Build and maintain tools and utilities supporting build, test, release, and developer workflows.
- Troubleshoot and improve the system engineering and platform delivery environment.
- Modernize CI/CD workflows and identify improvements that reduce cycle time, improve quality, and increase developer productivity.
- Guide the Bengaluru DevOps team through technical direction, coordination, coaching, and ownership of delivery outcomes.
- Collaborate with development and Scrum teams to resolve bottlenecks and translate platform needs into scalable tooling improvements.
- Maintain operational continuity while supporting GitHub migration and broader continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum.
- Preferably 12 years of overall industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub and Jenkins CI/CD environments, including workflow migration or modernization.
- Experience with NX build tool, MSBuild, Artifactory, PowerShell, Black Duck, SonarQube, and security or code-quality scanning tools.
- Strong C# skills with knowledge of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles; application development experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, engineering, collaboration, coaching, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and ability to work with multiple Scrum teams.
- Fluent English verbal and written communication.
