Base Salary

$87k - $198k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop, repair, and enhance MUMPS-based VA VistA Scheduling and clinical applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues by analyzing system dependencies and the operating environment.
  • Identify and implement system improvements and future functionality enhancements.
  • Analyze user needs and communicate with front-end users to reproduce and resolve issues.
  • Mentor teammates and contribute to Agile life cycle development.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of MUMPS software development experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with VA VistA.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with VA VistA Scheduling packages.
  • Experience using VA FileMan.
  • Knowledge of upstream and downstream dependencies involving VA VistA Scheduling packages and modernized Scheduling applications.
  • Knowledge of design or architectural patterns, architecture styles, and APIs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and understand system dependencies.
  • Associate's degree in computer science.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science and SAFe certifications are preferred.
