Responsibilities
- Own the full development process for L2/L3 embedded protocol stacks, including design, coding, unit testing, debugging, and integration.
- Develop new features and environments for future cellular radio products.
- Debug existing cellular radio solutions used by customers worldwide.
Requirements
- Understand end-to-end 4G/5G network architecture.
- Be familiar with 3GPP RAN and O-RAN specifications and functionality.
- Have development experience with cellular radio products compliant with 3GPP E-UTRA (LTE) and NR specifications.
- Be familiar with Ethernet, TCP/IP, and UDP communication interfaces.
- Have strong knowledge of LTE/5G AS protocol layers, including PHY, MAC, RLC, PDCP, and RRC.
- Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in the MAC and RLC layers.
- Know AI/ML concepts and their application to RAN; hands-on telecom/RAN AI/ML experience is a strong plus.
