Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement AI solutions across people, processes, and technology.
- Facilitate customer education and ideation workshops focused on AI/ML use cases.
- Consult with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and tailor strategies to business objectives.
- Define project requirements, design solution architectures, and align solutions with business and technical goals.
- Lead the full AI project lifecycle, including data collection, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Use Microsoft Azure AI services and OpenAI technologies to deliver production solutions.
- Coordinate technical and non-technical teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes.
- Track advancements in AI and generative AI and advise teams on applying emerging techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field.
- Proven client-facing experience translating complex requirements into actionable AI solutions.
- Five years of professional software engineering experience with Azure and Python.
- Three years of experience with relational and nonrelational databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, or MongoDB.
- Two years of demonstrable experience designing and delivering Azure AI solutions in production, including NLP, RAG, Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry, prompt flow, and Copilot Studio.
- Production experience with the Azure AI platform and enterprise solution implementation.
- Experience with open-source models, fine-tuning, advanced prompt engineering, responsible AI practices, and managing organizational models.
- Preferred: professional software engineering experience with C#/.NET.
- Preferred: full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: experience developing scalable, performant, and reliable cloud software services in Azure.
- Preferred: ability to support go-to-market content and present AI research to customers and at events.
- Preferred: experience with DevOps tools and processes such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Docker, and Kubernetes.
