Responsibilities
- Assess customer integration needs and requirements during pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
- Design, develop, configure, and implement Workfront-based integrations and related solutions.
- Deliver enterprise-grade integrations and facilitate technical interactions throughout the customer journey.
- Lead technical discussions with customers during project delivery.
- Partner with pre-sales architects, delivery managers, implementation consultants, and project managers on solution design and implementation.
- Oversee technical development and maintain standard operating procedure documentation for integrations with third-party software.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, validate reported problems, and provide proven solutions.
- Provide post-deployment technical support for customer integration issues.
- Develop integration solutions through program coding, iPaaS orchestration, and configuration, and identify required Workfront settings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of overall software development experience.
- 5+ years of client-facing integration and/or implementation experience in areas such as integration, software development, networking, or operations.
- Proficiency with Workfront Fusion, Dell Boomi, or an equivalent Integration Platform as a Service provider is desired.
- Proficiency in Java, PHP, or Python, along with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
- Experience migrating data from previous client tools and systems.
- Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, communication, prioritization, and customer-consulting skills.
- Experience implementing solutions in SaaS-based environments and enterprise systems of record such as ERP, HCM/HRIS, and SFA/CRM systems.
- Experience working with third-party software integrations.
