Responsibilities
- Develop customized Salesforce solutions for client sales, support, and digital marketing processes.
- Support business transformation and internal process reengineering projects across multiple industries.
- Understand client challenges and design customer engagement strategies, interactions, and multichannel customer journeys.
- Work on Salesforce integration projects, preferably involving third-party systems.
- Contribute to PwC’s Salesforce team and deliver measurable outcomes for clients.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce OmniStudio, including Business Rules Engine, OmniScript, Data Mapper, and Integration Procedure, or OmniStudio for Vlocity.
- Knowledge of Apex, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, LWC, or standard Web Components.
- Previous experience working in a development team.
- Previous experience with integration projects, preferably between Salesforce and third-party systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Background in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Solution, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Data Cloud is preferred.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, relational and NoSQL databases, security, web services, Java, Visualforce, Lightning components, SOAP, REST, Web Components, Salesforce DX, continuous integration, code repositories and versioning, and application lifecycle management.
