Responsibilities

  • Build and own features end-to-end from product specs through deployment and maintenance.
  • Drive frontend architecture for modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate emerging technologies into our evolving infrastructure.
  • Shape the roadmap by contributing technical perspective on architecture decisions and business priorities.
  • Write maintainable code with comprehensive testing, clear documentation, and thoughtful design.
  • Support your team through pairing, healthy technical debates, and a culture of mutual growth.
  • Interface with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and respond to technical questions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency building production-grade frontend applications with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
  • Backend experience with Python and Flask.
  • Familiarity with AWS services (DynamoDB, SQS) and Kubernetes.
  • Experience designing, building, and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs.
  • Understanding of frontend fundamentals: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, accessibility standards, performance optimization, and component-driven architecture.
  • Proven ability to write comprehensive tests (unit, integration, end-to-end).
  • Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases.
