Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design scalable Atlassian-based solutions for Product Creation and Industrialization while establishing standards and governance.
- Configure Jira, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery, Assets, Goals, and Projects workflows, schemes, automations, forms, and SLAs.
- Administer Atlassian Cloud, including permissions, provisioning, guardrails, audits, and platform hygiene.
- Develop and maintain Forge apps, REST/GraphQL API integrations, webhooks, and event-driven extensions with monitoring and error handling.
- Implement governed AI workflows using Atlassian Intelligence/Rovo and GitHub Copilot, including approved use cases, knowledge sources, access controls, and guardrails.
- Support integrations and data movement across requirements, delivery, service management, reporting, and analytics toolchains.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- At least five years of experience with Atlassian Cloud tools, including Jira and Confluence, with deep expertise in at least one major Atlassian service area.
- At least five years of integration engineering experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, events, synchronization patterns, error handling, monitoring, and observability.
- At least three years of scripting and automation experience using Python or JavaScript/TypeScript with Node.js.
- At least three years of hands-on AI enablement experience with Atlassian Intelligence/Rovo, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
- Experience with enterprise identity and security concepts including SSO/SAML, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC, and least-privilege design.
- Experience with requirements and application lifecycle management tools such as Jama, Polarion, or PTC Codebeamer, including traceability.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, Atlassian Cloud migrations, enterprise operating models, JSM service management design, Forge, Compass, GitHub, DX, Developer Intelligence Platform, developer portals, service catalogs, data pipelines, and work-management analytics.
