Base Salary

$150k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement information systems and AI-enabled solutions for legal and business workflows.
  • Develop and maintain prompt engineering frameworks for reliable generative AI outputs.
  • Create synthetic datasets for testing, experimentation, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Collaborate with legal, business, IT, and Knowledge Management teams to identify automation opportunities and integrate solutions with existing systems.
  • Build and maintain internal and client-facing intranet sites with attention to usability, accessibility, and design.
  • Evaluate emerging legal technology and AI tools through pilots, demonstrations, and internal testing.
  • Maintain documentation, playbooks, and best practices for AI-enabled workflows and technology implementations.
  • Create training materials and guide attorneys and professional staff in using AI and legal technology solutions.
  • Improve internally developed AI tools by refining prompts, testing outputs, and enhancing user experience.
  • Monitor legal technology and artificial intelligence developments for innovation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in AI prompt engineering, workflow automation, applied technology, programming, engineering, or related technical roles.
  • Experience with legal technology, enterprise software, or AI-enabled solutions in a law firm, professional services environment, or technology organization.
  • Demonstrated prompt engineering experience, including designing prompts and workflows that produce consistent, high-quality AI outputs.
  • Experience creating or using datasets for testing, experimentation, or AI development, including synthetic data generation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting technology adoption initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Experience with generative AI platforms, large language models, or AI-enabled workflow tools.
  • Familiarity with web technologies for internal portals or intranet sites.
  • Experience developing training materials or conducting technology training sessions.
  • Exposure to knowledge management systems, document management systems, or workflow automation tools.
  • Basic familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, or enterprise-system integrations.
  • Programming, database, and web development experience.
