Responsibilities
- Design, develop and evolve IAM platforms using Okta.
- Lead complex integrations between Okta and internal/external systems.
- Own and execute security roadmaps and initiatives.
- Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and architecture reviews.
- Mentor engineers and cross-functional squads.
- Participate in identity and access incident response.
- Drive automation and AI applications in IAM.
- Automate evidence collection and reporting for audits.
- Implement IAM strategies in public cloud environments.
- Set organizational standards in IAM.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making and functional growth.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with Okta and its integrations.
- Advanced knowledge of IAM protocols like OIDC, OAuth2, and SAML.
- Solid background in Security Engineering principles.
- Experience integrating Okta with microservices and APIs.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python or Go.
- Cloud Security expertise with major cloud providers.
- Understanding of IGA and PAM concepts.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects autonomously.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical risks.
- High ownership mindset and long-term vision.
- Fluency in English.
