Software Engineer - DevOps and MLOps

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for code integration and deployment.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and security.
- Automate infrastructure orchestration and configuration management.
- Configure and maintain data infrastructure appliances.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and deployment issues.
- Partner with development and AI teams to improve efficiency and stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience standing up a CI/CD system from scratch.
- Experience with multi-language build systems such as Bazel or Bob.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms and containerization technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins, and version control systems such as Git.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java.
- Nice-to-have experience with MLOps platforms, big data technologies, monitoring and observability tools, machine learning frameworks, edge computing, IoT device management, database management systems, infrastructure-as-code tools, and GitOps tools.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards in AI/ML environments.
